BankDhofar to increase paid up capital to RO70.7m

An extraordinary general meeting of BankDhofar agreed on Tuesday to increase the paid up capital from RO 53,081,700 to RO 70,773,831 through the issue of 176,921,306 rights shares representing 33.33 per cent of the existing shares of 530,817,000 with total value of RO 70,768,522.
